aqssignment i did for class last semester. had to make a buncha ink expirements, then cut out little rectangles out of them and arrange them in an 8X8 composition

(1.22.07) Just a cool little afterthought, the rectangle second to the left on the bottom, it looks like a cool sketchy monkey, full with fur, one eye is showing(his head is only half shown, nose, one ear and teeth, 2 arms with hands and fingers... i didnt plan that at all it was random.... cool though!

It may be a class project, but it's very beautiful. Especially if you could go in Photoshop and remove the rectangle lines between the tiles. The form seems to arch, arms reaching like something clawing toward the sky. This is a very good composition--and I say this as someone who's had to do projects almost exactly like this. ;)

I really like the way you arranged the rectangles into almost a looming tree or something. Well done!

awesome! i really love the idea.

personally, i think the lines work well in the composition... though i would somehow omit the green, to make it look more finished ... maybe just grayscale the whole thing?

anyways, like i said, this is awesome. :)

green... i suppose i see a bit of green!

thank you for the ideas.. i think you might be right
